At Rapid Circle, we help organisations solve complex business challenges through Microsoft Cloud technologies. We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Cloud Platform & Engineering team, playing a key role across both BAU operations and project delivery. 

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will own solutions end-to-end, contribute to high-impact Azure initiatives, and help uplift team capability. 

What you’ll bring 

You have deep, practical experience across Microsoft technologies, including: 

• Microsoft Azure 

• C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET 

• ASP.NET MVC & Web API 

• Microsoft SQL Server 

• Azure DevOps 

• System Integration & Enterprise Applications 

• Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement 

You are comfortable working across modern cloud architectures, legacy platforms, and integration-heavy environments. 

What you’ll do 

As a Senior Consultant, you will operate at the center of delivery, operations, and client engagement: 

• Lead the design and delivery of Azure-based solutions across projects and engagements  

• Take ownership of business-critical applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement  

• Act as a technical escalation point, resolving complex issues and driving root cause analysis 

• Collaborate with customers, architects, and delivery teams to shape solution direction and outcomes  

• Contribute to application modernisation, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives 

• Mentor and coach team members, helping lift capability across the team 

What we’re looking for 

• 10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise technology solutions 

• Strong consulting mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills 

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft-based solutions in complex environments 

• Solid experience designing, deploying, and supporting solutions on Microsoft Azure 

• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and lead delivery outcomes
